Ordering

The GPS Log Book website offers a convenient way to order a GPS Log Book device online. Payment can be done via credit card or EFT. You can access the online store by browsing to https://shop.gpslogbook.co.za/PublicPages/Order.aspx.

Please take note of the following:

  • The processing of orders will only occur from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately orders will not be processed on Public Holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
  • Orders for the day close at 12:00, any orders placed after 12:00 will automatically fall into the next day’s orders.
  • Orders are only dispatched once funds are cleared by the bank. This typically happens within 24 hours however certain international credit cards can take up to 72 hours to clear. We will notify you via email as soon as the funds have cleared in our bank account.

Promotional vouchers may be used to qualify for a discount on the regular price of the device. These vouchers will only be valid from their date of issue to the expiration date of the promotion.

How to Order online

  • STEP 1:

    From the “Buy Now” page, select the quantity of GPS Log Books that you require by pressing the plus or minus buttons. Select any additional accessories you may require and enter the quantity thereof. All product prices listed are inclusive of VAT and the Order Summary will be updated as you make or alter your product selection or redeem a voucher. If you have a voucher code, enter this into the block displayed and select “Use Voucher”.

  • STEP 2:

    Complete your delivery address details and add any special instructions that would be helpful in the delivery of your order. Delivery is door-to-door. It is important to note that deliveries are only made during work hours, and not on public holidays or weekends.

  • STEP 3:

    Before proceeding to the payment you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions on the Order Summary page. Depending on the payment method selected, you will be directed to the appropriate payment page.

  • STEP 4:

    GPS Log Book offers two methods of payment, credit card or EFT. We use an external payment gateway to process all our transactions, and you will be transferred to a secure payment page. Complete the credit/cheque card information for instant processing of your order payment or select EFT if required. If the payment is successful, you will receive confirmation via email.   • STEP 5:

    Your order will be delivered once we have received confirmation of payment. Certain credit card payments can take up to 72 hours to clear. Once payment is cleared you will receive an email confirming this, a second email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Tracking

Orders are dispatched and delivered from 08:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders will not be delivered on weekends or Public Holidays. All orders are sent using our door to door courier service. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order at the delivery address.

  • Delivery will be scheduled once funds reflect in the GPS Log Book account, whereby you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
  • To track your GPS Log Book, please log onto our partner’s website: www.worldnetexpress.co.za
  • Alternatively simply SMS your order number to +2783 667 9555, to get the latest update on the delivery.
  • Delivery will be within 2-3 working days of dispatch of the order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free if you order more than one device, for single orders we charge R99 inl VAT for delivery.

Cancelling an Order

Please contact us at accounts@gpslogbook.co.za if you wish to cancel an order. Canceling an order that has already been processed will warrant a 15% administration fee.
